Wendy King Recipient of the ASMBS Integrated Health Research Award
The American Society For Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) Integrated Health Research Award is given in recognition to the health care provider that demonstrates excellence in bariatric surgery research, and whose research/presentation has valuable implications for the Integrated Health professional practicing in the field of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Wendy King was the recipient this year for her paper, “Prescribed Opioid and Non-Opioid Analgesic Medication Use Before and After Bariatric Surgery: 7 Year Follow-up.”
